A good potato casserole


I've made hash brown potatoe casseroles for years and have several different recipes. But this past weekend, I used a new-to-me recipe that tops the others. I don't know if it is the mayonnaise and the cream of celery soup that makes the difference or not, but it is tasty. And easy!
